It has great location a minute walk from an art museum...

Overall it was ideal and exceptionally nice with a king sized bed. The personnel was especially wonderful as expected. The location was marvellous and convenient, we were walking distance to a bus stop. Moreover, the area was fairly nice.

The location is in an industrial area, lacking charm and proximity to attractions. Rooms may face another building, limiting views and causing bright light at night from corridor illumination, which could be disrupted by near neighbors. Curtains did not block it out well enough. Trash in the room wasn't fully cleared, and towels weren't replaced after cleaning, leaving you to fend for yourself a bit.

amazing hotel, it offers friendly services and favourable location just off kyoto. the rooms are beautifully designed and huge here with coffee, a king sized bed plus sofa. there is a microwave, an electric kettle and a fridge.

Its staff are especially wonderful and lovely, I thoroughly enjoyed it...

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, and I appreciated the self-service laundry facilities and the cozy waiting room with free coffee.

The kitchen counter top is uncomfortably close to the bed!!! The industrial area lacks charm and makes finding taxis a hassle!!! Room views obstructed by adjacent buildings!!! Small trash bins left unemptied!!! Some hangers missing!!!

Solo traveler seeking comfort

The staff were really good, even helping me with my luggage when I needed it. They had free alcoholic beverages in the lounge which was a nice surprise after a long day exploring.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but considering the help I got it felt worth it.

the location was a bit challenging for taxis at times. but the room was spacious with a nice kitchenette, perfect for our needs. loved the self-service coffee and the laundry facilities were a big help. overall, a great stay!

This hotel features well-equipped units with a comfortable king-sized bed.

The room was a good size with a handy kitchenette and microwave. Free whisky in the lounge added a pleasant touch to our evenings. Unfortunately, the location was a bit off from major attractions and sometimes tricky for transportation. The beds, while comfortable, could have used better soundproofing as outside noise could be distracting at times.

The friendly staff provided excellent service, always willing to assist with a smile. A standout feature was the convenience of a laundry room. The location was somewhat remote and challenging for taxis, and despite the spacious King Room, soundproofing could be improved to minimize outside noise. The kitchenette was functional, but it would have been better stocked with utensils for cooking. Fish and chips from a nearby restaurant were a good treat .

Great location near transport. Spacious, clean room. Enjoyed free coffee, friendly service, comfortable bed. Quiet area, good for relaxation.

During our trip, staying here was a really comfortable experience. The venue is conveniently located near the shopping area, shopping center, and the center of Kyoto. The welcoming service provided at the hotel was excellent, and we appreciated the availability of free parking.
